First, I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the sample I ordered. That really helps visualize how it will look in the room. Most places send a small swatch. The owner was quick to respond to my questions by text and by phone. The paper was a little late getting here, all thanks to the USPS. The installation went smoothly (by a professional hanger) and I absolutely love the look. I can almost hear the waves breaking when I walk into the room!

I was very happy with your customer service. The post office messed up delivery and you sent a 2nd sample out immediately. The sample size was perfect. Much larger than other places send. Unfortunately it didn’t look as nice in my space as I imagined it would. So my hunt continues.
