Bonnat Cote d'Ivoire 75%

My grocery store carries chocolate sourced from Ivory Coast and that brand has an overwhelmingly earthy flavor (not in a good way). What a lovely surprise to taste this bar with its softer, warmer notes. The coconut was there, as well something deeper, almost like coconut aminos (similar to soy sauce). Very unique and pleasant, this would be a nice bar to include in a gift selection of different cocoa origins.
