A really solid South American Light Roast

A little richer and darker flavor profile than I typically go for in a lightroast. But really good.

I really appreciate that Sightglass provides the roast date, so you know you’re getting truly fresh coffee. The quality of the roast is excellent, balanced, smooth, and flavorful. It works especially well as a latte, holding up nicely with milk while still letting the coffee’s character come through.

Good coffee!

We like this coffee - smooth and good flavor, but after just finishing a bag of Crown Point, we like the Crown Point better.
