I ordered 2 individual wood pieces (Staunton White queen, Zagreb black rook) from incomplete wood chess sets I have, one I bought it at Chess house a few years ago and the other was from other vendor. The style and the dimensions of the pieces are very important, they matched perfectly! these replacements were almost identical to the original pieces. I stopped using my favorite sets because they were incomplete, now I can take them again to chess tournaments. Highly recommendable, very satisfied customer.
