Absolutely delicious, opened bag 10 days off roast, poured 3/1 shots Mazzer Philos 200D burrs, strong strawberry and raspberry notes followed by rich chocolate and over the 5 days the bag was open, the fruits faded and the chocolate developed more. Would definitely buy again.
