BariatricPal Protein Smoothie - Strawberry Banana

The absolute best smoothie! Only one other flavor whips up so thick and fluffy. It’s the chocolate peanut butter. The other flavors that used to be this good were the vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. All of these were only 80 calories and had 0 fat. Those were the best. I would be so happy to see those original ones brought back. Anyone who has whipped these other flavors up like whipped cream know what I’m talking about. They are very filling!! Now I have the Strawberry Banana and will keep my pantry stocked!!

I have found these Protein Smoothies to be a requirement in my journey to better health. I believe this is the best smoothie on the market based on the flavor,thickness and the fact that they are very filling once I blend them up with a little ice and water. They give me the required balance of protein in my diet. I credit this smoothie to my success in weight loss and maintenance. Keep ‘em coming!!!
