Large Ant Nest

The overall experience was great. Thomas always answered emails very, very efficiently. He explained everything well, and was right about the time frame of them making and shipping the product, Ant-shack got it out on time. The product itself is designed great and is easy to move around and the ants love it. The only thing that happened which wasn't any control ant-shack has over. They shipped it on time from Switzerland, and it made it to New York, but it sat in the General Inspection place for a while. It wasn't until I wrote to USPS, and was able to get it moving from there. I was able to track the package all the way though. I find no fault in Ant-shack at all. That New York package place had a lot of reviews for the same thing. Like I said it was nothing Ant-shack did. I Love the product and would order more if I need to and would suggest it to anyone. Thanks Thomas and Ant-shack.
