So close, but inconsistent sizing

I really like Cuts clothing, but their sizing is inconsistent. On this product specifically, the AO Curve-Hem Tee, I got in a large. I've gotten a black in larger before and it fit fine. This one is way too big. So I compared the two, and sure enough, the new ones are at least an inch smaller. This is after washing them the same as well. The same thing happened with their AOJoggers (v1). The forest green ones fit great, but the black ones were way too small. Which, after looking at the "made in" tag, I see they were made in two different locations.

AO Curve-Hem Tee - Better than the Rest

I lost a lot of weight in the last few years, from 190 lbs to 150 lbs. I'm 71 y/o and in the gym everyday. All my clothes, including tee shirts, were now one size to big. I wear tee shirts everyday, and I wanted them to look more fitted. I tried shirts from Cuts, Bonobos, True Classic, Vuori, and Rhone. My favorite brand is Cuts. It can be worn as an everyday tee, or easily underneath a blue blazer. The fit is exceptional and I love the curved hem. I alos like Bonobos and True Classic for fit and appearance, but the Cuts just look better.

Shirt fit in the chest but was too small in the arms. Had to return.
