Not as cool as I expected

I followed the instructions explicitly (even set a timer for the required 12 minutes) and found the insulin pen didn’t stay cool for very long. After 14 hours (overnight) the beads were still moist and in a gel form but the inside of the pouch where the pens are stored was not cool. I’ll be travelling around Europe in 2 weeks time, which is why I purchased the wallet and sadly, I don’t feel any confidence with the wallet.

I like insulin cooling wallet as I can carry my insulin pen anywhere

Once the inner liner has been activated with cold water the outer bag/cover allows water to seep through and is not waterproof enough.
