Not great

The 4 pen pouch came with me on an 8 hour flight and it was not cool at all by the end. Would have been 10 hours total. Advertising it keeps medication cool for up to 36 hours seemed a stretch but I thought it might keep it cool for atleast 10 hours. Waste of $45.
