this bar has a rich cocoa flavor with slight astringency. I enjoyed it and would buy again

Good general chocolate

No standout flavor aspect to the profile. No strong acidity. Nice mouth feel- very smooth, but not creamy like a milk chocolate, not hard/dry like some higher percentage chocolates, no grittiness.
