Damaged door

Ordered 2 doors , only 1 was shipped , had to contact you to get the other door shipped and postpone my installer , second door arrived damaged , had to pay contractor to repair , i still ended up with a damaged door , paid contractor extra and had to pay my installer extra because I scheduled him based on the arrival of the door he lost money too very frustrated

Was exceptional, was expecting shipped in cardboard boxes. BUT it came in a came in a banded wooden crate that was shrink wrapped.

The doors are great but I’m still waiting on delivery of the rest
