Perfect Replacement

Our lab got ahold of one of the black knights from a set I bought from Chess House two years ago. Thankfully I was able to just buy the one replacement piece I needed without having to duplicate the entire set. It was immediately apparent where to order just a single piece on their website, so I emailed the customer service team. They responded first thing the next morning with a link to what I needed. Their service team are great! The beauty of buying a quality product from a great business like Chess House is their sets aren't disposable or mass market. They are true craftsmanship and I am glad that we have something that will eventually be an heirloom.

Great service

I ordered a 4" King but it turned out that was a bit of puffery; the 4"King was really only 3 7/8". Then my dog ate a few more chess pieces. I called and Chess House immediately sent me all the right pieces and credited me for the King. They are tops.
