Good replacement pieces

It is difficult to find replacement chess pieces. I live in Madrid, and it is easy to get sets of chess pieces in Europe, and also from India. But I couldn't find where to replace my chess pieces. Thanks to House Chess, the US option is affordable. I ordered two replacement figures. When these arrived in Spain, I was unable to locate the shipment. I contacted The Chess House, and they immediately solved the problem, and in less than an hour I already have these two wonderful pieces.
