Wonderful flavor and aroma
Made truffle mushroom risotto with these. Microplaned some in right at the end of cooking and used the rest as fresh garnish. They’re so rich that 2 entree portions per ounce is way too much. We had salad and bread with it but it makes the risotto so rich that you can’t have that big of a portion anyway. 4 portions per ounce is about right.

Raviolo al Uovo with Black Australian Truffle a true delight. The pasta stuffed with lemon ricotta, organic egg yolk, and the black truffle. Served with fresh yellow tomato sauce and dressed with a few 2 tone Strichetti. Delicious!

Smallish but firm, decent aroma, very good flavor. I would put the score at 80%
