Absolutely delicious. It's a little expensive for such a tiny can, but every time I use it on my pasta dishes, the thanks I get from my family is priceless.

Very thick and creamy ... I used it on two different dishes -- one dish as baked artichoke and the other was on penne pasta Al Dante and both were hits with guests .... Again, they could use a lot less sodium/salt in the making since salt is no longer needed for long shelf life of a product since we have refrigerators

Simmered with some rotisserie chicken meat served over rice
