These dried porcini are super delicious. They add umami and great depth of flavor to soups, stews, and sauces. I’ve bought them twice and will buy them again. I would love to know where they come from.

Dried porcini
These are fantastic! Large slices, great flavor, much better than the dried mushrooms that even high end stores usually sell. This is a large amount but if you add them to any recipe which uses regular mushrooms you will use them up and improve your recipes. I use them for a mushroom soup every Thanksgiving but also add to pasta sauce, put on pizza, etc
