3/8 Inch Steel Disc, Blank Metal Strike Plates (250 Pack)

Works perfectly in conjunction with 1/4" x 1/8" N52 Discs for a Strong Bond!

I bought these to facilitate the use of changeable nameplates for a product I sell on my etsy shop. Originally I planned on just using magnets on both parts, but the issue I ran across was that I sell extra nameplates separately. So If a past customer buys one of my products, how can I remember which polarity I had the magnets facing to make sure they stick to each other and don't repel one another. That's where these steel discs come into play. The recommendation was to use a slightly larger disc than the 1/4" diameter magnets I use, so I ordered both 1/4" as well as 3/8" disc to try out, and sure enough, the 3/8" discs worked better than the 1/4". As an added bonus, the steel discs are cheaper than the magnets comparing the same quantities. The discs themselves are great quality; spot on the stated size (measured with calipers) and both faces have edges that are not sharp and are without burrs. Just excellent all around.
