Replacement lenses

Very impressed with the lenses I ordered. Saw the Saw an advertisement for fuse lenses and figured I would tried it out. The pair I ordered came in the wrong size. Which was a little disappointing. I reached out to customer service regarding the issue. Zach immediately responded saying they already sent me the correct size and provided tracking info. The new ones came in within days and fit perfect. Excellent service! I was impressed. Highly recommend if you need new lenses

Scratched Lenses

I had ordered a few pairs of lenses for my glasses and my wife’s too. I had scratched the lenses on one of my pairs. I reached out to the Fuse team to see what my options were. They informed me that I get one free replacement for any damaged lenses! I didn’t have my order info, so they found it for me, ordered me a new pair, and sent them out. It was as easy as that! The level of customer service far exceeded what I expected and I have ZERO complaints about that process. As I expected from previous lenses, they fit my Von Zippers perfectly and install was a piece of cake!
