Reliable oils

I have been taking igennus EPA / DHA capsules for many years, since recommended by a natural health professional. I think they make the whole difference, in combination with some other supplements. Whilst there are other fish oil supplements around, Pharm EPA complete are of reasonably small size to swallow, compared with some others and the included evening primrose oil is a bonus.
