Firenze 18K Gold Plate over Nickel Fritz Walking Stick 36"

I tried to call the company and got a viral person that only answered generic questions. There was no way to leave a message so I sent an email to the company but never got a response. As for the cane, I expected a much bigger fritz grip since I ordered a mens cane. It's a very thin wooden cane and it comes with a very tiny rubber tip. It's for fancy occasions with not much walking because it does not give a lot of support. Too bad, I loved the look but i won't be able to use it daily as I had hoped.
