Good band, so-so experience

The band is great, no issues there. My review more has to do with the overall experience. I exchanged the watch band I ordered for a smaller size, only to have it still be too big (despite following the sizing chart). Not only do I now have to take it to a jeweler to resize, I paid for both return shipping and shipping for the exchange. Customer service is also lacking, I had to reach out and follow up on my exchange. The exchange process took more than a month.

A fine band, not sure it works that well with Apple Watch

Very nice band. Return policy is a bit strict, so if you don’t order the exact right size, getting it adjusted by a watchmaker will more than likely invalidate a return. As for the Apple Watch, when the band is comfortable, the sensors don’t make consistent contact with my skin. In order to make that kind of contact it has to be pretty snug, and leaves a mark on my wrist (and pinches hairs). I have had better luck with Apple’s Sport Loop.
