Love the Twist-O-Flex band

This is a great band and looks really good with my Alta HR. I had to order a second one because I gained a bit of weight and the old one had been sized down to my smaller wrist size. I took it to several watch fix-it places who all told me that links can be easily removed but once removed cannot be replaced without damaging the metal.

Love this band....gonna order a smaller size though, I have very skinny wrists and this Small is still too big, and I am unable to take some links out, but it's probably just me....😔
