Our chess set arrived as promised and the replacement piece we needed to order also arrived very quickly (and with no charge to us!). The set is beautiful. the representatives on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. An all-around great choice and experience.

Single chess piece

Order was received promptly and well packaged. The piece (rook) was exactly as described. I actually ordered the wrong piece (pawn) by mistake and they were able to cancel that order and send the rook instead.
