Incredible Syrup

I grew up in Vermont and I know good syrup. I tried OSF and I'm so glad I did, it's got a remarkable rich, maple flavor, and I wonder if the mineral content is higher in this syrup because I felt like it was nourishing me in some way! Some of the best syrup I ever had. I'll definitely keep buying. Thank you!
