It came packaged great! I on the other hand did break the bottom front where the glass slides in. I was devastated! I emailed them and in 3 days the new piece was delivered! I did pay for it as it was my mistake! They gave me free shipping and a gift card! I can't say enough about this company!! I have bought 5 enclosures for this snake and just wasn't happy with one thing or another. I am so so happy I got the 5x3x3. I no longer look at enclosures and when my baby snake gets bigger she will also have one from them. All the money I spent on ones that I couldn't keep the heat regulated or the darn humidity! Or the looks of them wasn't what I really wanted but the price was cheaper. There is a good reason those others are cheaper. I have zero issues now and I only use a radiant panel and one smaller light heat. Again 100% satisfied and will do it all over again! Thank you very happy customer

Love ,love, love this enclosure its extra sturdy, great quality & easy to assemble (did take 2 people due to size) hold’s temperatures and humidity very well and looks really nice.
