I love love love this store and the hornworms that I buy for my bearded dragon. She can't wait for her shipment to come. She recognizes the outside of the box and flies out of her cage to eat the worms. Apparently they are super tasty. I've had a few come back dead, but that is expected with our summer weather. Otherwise I hardly ever have a dead worm. Everything is packaged perfectly. I will never go to another store.

Think twice
I purchased 25-35 count hornworms. I received 18 and 2 were dead. I contacted the seller and told them. They wanted pictures of the damaged product, I told them there was no damage to the package, that I was only informing them of the shortage. I wanted nothing, but every letter they sent wanted pictures of the damage. There was no damage and I don’t understand why they want pics of something that doesn’t exist! Too much aggravation to tell them their employees don’t know how to count!! Will not purchase from them again

They were acceptable.
Our pets love them; however, the post office tracking and delivery leaves much to be desired.
