Making the switch

Because of heart health reasons I chose to decrease caffeine in my diet. Not wanting to lose the treasured flavor, aroma and ritual of my morning coffee, I made a call to O"Neill for suggestions. Swiss Water Organic Peru was my choice and I started by mixing it 1:1 with my favorite, the Dark Roast 449, titrating the ratio till the 100% switch was made. I am pleasantly surprised that I enjoy my morning coffee, the aroma and the taste, just as much as I did before making the switch. I wish I'd noted the name of the woman I spoke with when I called. She was very well versed in the various roasts and so helpful in my choice. Over the past 7 or so years I've tried a variety of roasts that O'Neill features and I've been pleased with all of them. My orders are packaged with care and have been received well, first in Colorado and now in Florida. For me, coffee houses are a thing of the past because I have the best coffee at home with O'Neill.
