Beautiful but missed the mark

The shoes are indeed beautiful, but my expectations were higher. The quality is decent, but not what I anticipated for $150.00. There were loose threads and imperfections throughout the shoes. Additionally, they feel a bit too snug. I did size up as suggested in the listing, but the fit is loose by the heal and tight on the toes. When I reached out to customer service, who was very friendly, they advised me to trim the loose treads. However, to address the sizing issue, they suggested I visit a cobbler to stretch the shoe. If I go this route, I wouldn’t be able to return the shoes, which makes sense. I’m concerned that if I exchange for a size up , they’ll be too loose. Since these are non-refundable, any exchange would incur a fee. While the customer representative was helpful, I had hoped for more assistance. Despite their beauty, the shoes lack comfort. I’ll likely add a cushion for the big day.

Gorgeous. I would have liked a little more heel but these are too lovely to pass up. I used the size chart and the foot measuring instructions and it put my left foot at 6.5 although I usually wear 6. I got the 6.5 and will need to add a little heel pad but better than too small. Also, arrived in about a week/-faster than expected!
