For what these are, they are quite helpful with moderate to severe lymphedema like mine. My upper arms are big and the band does get tight and than becomes a bit cramped. I just tried the flat sleeve exo strong product and it stays up nice and I believe it will increase the smooth flow of lymph over the elastic support banded armsleeve.

Ordered the next size up and flow of lymph has increased a bit. More comfortable too. Have had this product before and is good for moderate lymphedema like mine. Recommend and will buy another soon.

Solaris ExoStrong Flat-Knit Arm Sleeve

This sleeve is exactly what I needed to replace the one ordered by my lymphedema therapist and yet it is at least $20 cheaper. I'm so thankful since it has to be replaced every 6 months or sooner.
