Excellent for trouble spots

I have lymphedema in my arm and had two visits to the hospital with cellulitis. My arm has not been the same since. But with this pad under my wraps or inside my pump or nighttime sleeve has made a huge difference on my forearm. The foam pieces inside the channels help direct the lymphatic fluid while softening the tissue.

Waste of money

It does nothing. It’s a complete waste of money.
