I initially purchased a size that was extremely difficult to get over my ankle. I filled out the online form for return and easily went through the process. Kudos! Also, I took the time to look through the website and it is so detail-oriented you can easily follow the instructions (wish I had done that initially) and find your perfect fit (or return for replacement like I did). Loved the article about the 'lymphomaniac'--I LOL because it was unexpected and so humerous :-) Back to the knee highs: they're perfect and I do feel a difference when I don them; I am more capable of staying on my feet and getting around without discomfort.
