Haven't used them as yet, they're a little thick for the ankle area which is where I need some protection, when I wear my comp. socks.

Foam rubber pads are awesome

The pads have been a life saver. They provide a solid surface for compression when used underneath my bandage. It’s the only thing that has worked for me so far and I’ve tried a lot of gadgets. 100% recommended

Highly recommend these pads, they work perfectly to help minimize foot swelling in a difficult spot for compression bandage to reach and they are super comfortable. Best part is very affordable. So glad I found them.
