I use Relax Drops because Keto Chow suggested that for Keto leg cramps at night! I definitely notice a difference.

Helps me sleep

Somehow as I have gotten older, I have developed an inability to sleep. Either I can't go to sleep or stay asleep. Since I have been using the saltT magnesium, I have been able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night long. I highly recommend it.

Awful

I love all other keto Chow products. However this was awful. Used twice, out money because it can’t be returned. However, you have to try it to see if it works. Didn’t work and taste was bad even in flavored drinks.
