DAK - Milky Cake Filter (250g)

Brewed with v60 I’m getting a lot of cardamom and cinnamon notes. Still working on extracting the cake flavour but still a great tasting coffee

Slightly more subtle, milky cake

If you’ve never had this coffee, it is worth a try definitely not a daily drinker but very interesting and flavorful. I would compare it to September’s “buttercream”. Anyways, I had this coffee from Dak last year, and this batch is similar but a little bit more subtle.

Not as spicy as the “is it milky cake enough” run, but just as delicious! Thank you DAK for shining a spotlight on such a great castillo.
