I’m new to open water swimming and hope that I can swim throughout the colder months. This product is fantastic. Kept my core cozy while enjoying the feeling of the water temp on my arms and legs. I would recommend this product

This is good for autumn and spring temperatures. Medium vest was a good fit (for me - I am small build). Small was tiny. You need to watch youtube videos to learn how to put it on and take it off. without damaging the thin neoprene layer. Not as warm as a wet suit but helps when water is cold. Very good delivery service and easy return of the wrong size vest.
