I've been wearing/using SIM buoyancy shorts for years. The newest version fits better and provides the buoyancy I've been accustomed to. Excellent product. Just getting a tad "pricey".

Beginning adult swimmer. Assist well with getting body in better posotion while at the same time giving freedom to kick, an advantage over pull buoy. Have made the beginning phases of learning this sport more enjoyable. Obviously will eventually have to ditch (or will I?). FWIW, my waist/hips are at the low end of the “large” sizing recs and still fits very snug, a little hard to get all the way on. Losens a little in water. But if i were at the higher end I’d want a size up.

These have helped a lot and I feel like I can swim longer and much faster. They do run small if you ask me. I typically wear a large and had to return the larges for extra large. ROKA made that process extremely easy.
