Love the sun-dried tomato ordered online and delivered very quickly

This sounded great to me but the flavor isn't what I expected - it's kind of acidic in a tomato-like way but it's not doing what I thought it would in dishes. Keep the bottle right side up! The cap has a cork built into it, and if oil gets into that you'll get a couple drops of oil running down the outside of the bottle each and every time you close it. It just keeps coming. It's almost miraculous. :)
