White Peach Balsamic

I ordered a few flavoured vinegars, all taste fantastic, but however getting them took a bit of time considering shipping within Canada. I have already ordered a few more infused oils and a few more vinegars. also purchased a oil & vinegar book off of Amazon, excellent recipes helping you figure out what goes with what..

Love the mild, sweet flavour of this white balsamic. I use it, along with olive oil to simply dress a variety of greens. I find this white balsamic is light, and really enhances the flavour of my salads.

I use it on salad and its great.
