Crystal quality

The beads on the bracelet do have a few dirt & spots when delivered. Some were removable with a cleaning cloth but some were not. I guess that's the quality of the crystals in its natural state hence left them as they should be. Everything else was acceptable. Service was good as I contacted the person before making my purchase. As least it's a store I can trust more as compared to those online.
