Didn’t stick for more than a day

I cleaned the surface (car seat) with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely, then attached the patch. Looked good until I went to use it. All of the edges are curling up and it will probably just fall off in a few days. The holding power of the adhesive is not meant for items that actually get used.
