We switched to using the 300' rolls versus the 150' rolls at the end of last year. We like the longer length. However, due to the increased weight, and not having boxes that keep the rolls secure and not moving, the rolls are more susceptible to damage. We could tell that one roll had to have come completely out of the box during shipping. One end cap was gone, the other one was broken, the plastic was pulled up about 18", there was dirt all over the exposed paper and the paper tube had been crushed out of round. It will not fit on a spindle. That being stated, I contacted sales and sent them pictures and details of the issue. Within a day they contacted me with the info for a replacement roll. It has not been received yet, but hopefully is packed more securely. If the box that the two rolls are shipped in was just a little smaller, the rolls would not be able to move so freely. Then again, if gorillas are throwing the boxes around, even the box will not protect what it is carrying.
