Love the kit. I'm just getting started and finding the long/short stitch a little challenging but it is a new to me stitch. So I'm going to practice on some scrap fabric until I get the feel for it. Im very excited to work on this. I also purchased Jessica Long's Animal Embroider book and can't wait to do some of those too.

I was a little nervous about picking this design for my very first embroidery project, but I loved it, and I’m hooked on embroidery now! The video tutorial was very helpful. I would’ve struggled if I’d been going solely on the written stitch instructions. The kit seemed expensive to me at first, but after completing kits from several other sellers, I see that this is a good deal. The supplies are all high quality, which made the project more enjoyable and look better, and the artwork and video tutorial are better in this shop than in several others I’ve tried. Definitely recommend!
