Sulfur 10 Crème is amazing!
I have used this product for years on specific problem areas of my face and body. It used to be called Sulfur Clarifying Moisturizer. It is extremely effective for red, irritated skin conditions like rosacea, eczema, itchy patches, etc. - very soothing and healing. It smells lightly of sulfur when you apply it, but to me that is a positive characteristic because I use natural products, and I would not use this if it contained artificial fragrances. Sulfur is the ingredient that gets the job done, and it is immediately soothing and healing. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from red, irritated, itchy skin!

Helpful product!
After going to a dermatologist for my rosacea and adult onset acne where I was prescribed several medications (topical and ingestible), I searched for a natural product instead. Those medications came with a long list of potential side effects, way worse than the skin condition itself! I did learn from the doctor, however, that sulfur was a natural option. I found this product and it’s one of few that don’t have toxic ingredients. It’s working well! While it’s only been a week and a half, I’ve seen A LOT of improvements already. So grateful to have found this product! I will definitely be ordering more!

Very helpful
I'm well past menopause, so assumed the random 'red dots' that developed overnight on my nose and cheeks were due to increasing skin sensitivity ... no red cheeks, just small spots that only lasted a day or two. Finally, a dermatologist said I had developed acne rosacea, but I might need to try several different prescription topical medications before finding one that works. Based on reviews here, I decided to try a sample of the Sulphur Clarifying Moisturizer. Ta da. I now apply just on and around my nose each morning, and find that I only need a prescription med some nights. No smell. (I prefer the feel of light facial products, so for forehead/chin/outer cheeks: High Potency Recovery Gel in summer ... for winter, I'm trying a sample of the CoQ10 Restorative Moisturizer ... love the scent and texture on its own, but am also trying the suggestion of adding a drop of one of the sample-size facial oils as the indoor air gets drier.)
