Oru Kayak Pack

I have no kayak to put in it T. T

I ordered a refurbished Bay kayak three weeks ago and it hasn't left your warehouse yet:'-( I'm so sad because any week now Iowa's rivers are going to be too low to paddle and I won't get to float down the rivers this year 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Took a bit of trial to figure out how to get the kayak best into the pack, but once you figure that out it works really well!

Wrong pack - great customer service

The pack seems great, but I can’t tell. It turns out there are two packs available. One is called the kayak pack. The other is called the kayak pack for lake/inlet. I did not see that there were two options so bought the one called kayak pack. I was ordering a lake kayak at the same time. They are not compatible. It looks like I am not the first to make this mistake. I’m not sure why one of the packs specifies which kayaks they are intended for, but the other does not. I hope that the team at Oru decides to add the names of the compatible kayaks to both packs to avoid this error. On the positive side, Oru’s customer Service is outstanding. They are helping me with a free exchange for the right pack.
