Poor communication. Received numerous emails telling me I needed to pay for the repair work. Problem was I paid and received confirmation after first email. Each time I responded that I had paid Customer Service would tell me they would look into and then confirm I had paid. Caused 3 day delay in getting my cart back

Service is slow and they neglect minor details!
Sent my cart in for repair and the cart itself was repaired well. The only exception is they "suggested" I need new bungee cords which I agreed to. The new one broke on first hole I used the cart. Then when I sent a photo and explanation of the broken cord they told me I need to buy a new one? Well they figured out that it was the new one that broke and despite sending a picture they sent the wrong cord as a replacement so I finally threw up my hands in frustration and went to the hardware store and bought a new cord. They don't check email correspondence very well or very often which added significant time to how long it took my cart to be repaired.

General Maintenance Service on X-10
Quick, easy, and they even send a video of your trolley being test driven in the workshop parking lot. Sent, maintained, returned all in 10 days time! Great service. If you have had your X-10 for over a year, do this now.
