Soundless Hybrid Stand Bag

They shipped me an older model and in the listing description mentioned it has a pass through cart strap. Emailed them and said sorry we dont and need to update that. Then I asked for the newer model only to get well ship us your old one first then we can replace. I need a golf bag like ASAP so i used my wifes in the mean time… customer service also only responds in the night located US. Anyways bag was pretty good other than that. Just frustrated what i got wasnt the picture and that they falsely claimed some items and I got something different.

So, here is my 2 cents. The dring pouch is not insulated enough, most ice is gone by the 9th hole. Also only hold about 3 to 4 cans plus ice. Rain cover is thin and was slapped on like an after thought and is no where the same caliper as the bag. Last thing so far, the material that holds your clubs at the top need to be thicker. Being so thin, if you lay your clubs in the back seat, trunk, ext, the weight of the club pushes it to one side and after you stand them up, you have to take and pull it back up beyond and stretch it the opposite way to straighten it back out to keep clubs from ratteling.

Absolutely the best bag i have purchases. No more clanging my forged irons. Hac more pockets than my Calloway Fairway and yet fits in my trunk easier.
