superfine eyeliner pen waterproof

I have mixed feelings about this. One the one hand it is very black, dries down quickly and it seems to stay on. On the other hand the tip is entirely too soft. There is way too much give on the tip of the liner and that makes it hard to make super thin lines. I originally bought it to draw bottom lashes but it is not great for that. It's fine for the top liner and under eye liner but it's hard to make good skinny lines and dots and or other types of precision liner. I probably wouldn't buy this for anything other than regular eyelid liner.

The felt tip is a bit dry compared to others on the market, isn’t waterproof necessarily though does the job and does have nice color payoff

Best eyeliner I have ever used. I worked for Clinique for years and tried every liquid eye liner under the sun. This has been my go to for forever now!
