Great stuff

It come highly recommended by horse experts (including a vet) for horses with elevated insulin numbers. It must taste good because the horses seem to like it!

Cushings/neurologic horse

I will say I tried this because Lion's Mane helped lift my brain fog. While my 20yo Half Arabian, Half Quarter Horse does have Cushing's, he's not IR, he developed some neurological symptoms after we started him on medication. No one knows what happened and we are at the point of doing a CT, but why, it would be just to confirm something, not to cure him. He is severely cognitively impaired, so when doing research on mushrooms for myself I found Mushroom Matrix. He's been on it for a few weeks now. While there has not been significant improvement, which I wasn't expecting, he seems a bit clearer. You can see it in his eyes. I think this is a pretty cool product and I haven't seen or heard of anything of using mushrooms on horses, but I'm for whatever is safe and effective. I will most likely try more of their products!
