Company Doesn't Disclose Battery Issue
I used my scooter about 15 times over 7 months so I was surprised that the battery died so quickly. I contacted customer support and they said it was because I left my battery in the charger for more than 12 hours. It doesn't say that in the manual and that's pertinent information. It's also very difficult to time charging for only 10-12 hours. Of course, I am expected to buy a new battery. I will not recommend Vive scooters at all.

Good Product, Terrible After Market Service
Have had this scooter for quite some time without a problem. Purchased for our daughter who is on hospice and she depends on the scooter to get around. About a month ago we lost the locking knob for the arm rest. I ordered another on May 5th. On May 20th. I called and asked where it was and was informed that it was sent out but returned. I asked why I wasn't I informed and they had no answer but would resend and that I would have it in 5 days. On 5/29 I again called and another customer service rep. said she couldn't find that it had been sent out but she would send another out UPS 2 DAY EXPRESS. Well, I did get a email from UPS with a tracking number saying it was indeed shipped out and I would receive it in 8 DAYS At least I know that this time hopefully it has been sent out. Again, I have no problem with the scooter but their customer service is terrible.
